Cataloochee National Park in the Great Smoky Mountains.
This gorgeous Victorian home is the Caldwell place built in 1903. It's not just a beautiful place at just some random National Park but the creek in front of this home is where I will lay my moms ashes. She adored this place.
I'll honor her wishes an lay her to rest here...

ReplyDelete@Allison, The beauty you see in this picture is only one element of this place. When were where visiting last week there was a sign that said "Please enjoy but do not leave your mark as it will last forever" I know it was meant for people that want to sign their names within the walls of the house, but in that moment I thought that this is the only place for your mother's ashes.
